We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our clients Oracle team as a Delivery Consultant – a candidate-focused recruitment role supporting their Oracle Business Development Consultants on both contract and permanent roles for their blue-chip clients.

About the Role:
As a Delivery Consultant, you’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with Oracle candidates, primarily via phone, and matching them to high-quality opportunities across their client base. You’ll play a key part in their Oracle recruitment delivery function and become a specialist in this high-demand niche.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment
* Proactively source and engage top-tier Oracle talent via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
* Screen candidates and assess suitability in collaboration with their Oracle Business Development Consultant
* Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of qualified Oracle professionals
* Understand client requirements to deliver best-fit candidates
Striving for Quality
* Deliver a first-class candidate experience, ensuring clear and professional communication at every step
* Arrange interviews and handle updates in a timely and professional manner
* Represent our client with a focus on high-quality service and standards
Market Knowledge & Expertise
* Stay up-to-date with Oracle technologies, hiring trends, and market developments
* Develop your understanding of Oracle roles and ecosystems to become a true subject matter expert
Key Requirements:
* Strong and confident telephone and written communication skills
* Prior recruitment experience (IT or Oracle) is useful but not essential
* Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRMs – Bullhorn experience is a plus), although full training will be given.
* Organised, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Enthusiastic, adaptable, and motivated to build a career in a high-demand technical field
* Office-based 3–4 days per week in their London office
