About the role
Drive the operational delivery of governance and performance processes across Demand and Partner Performance. The role holder will direct governance activity, challenge under performance, and drive accountability across internal and external stakeholders. This role is integral to ensuring consistency, rigour, and traceability in how the Company delivers demand-related services and engages with partners.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the execution of the Demand & Governance Board including documentation, action tracking, and decision logging.
Oversee governance processes relating to programme naming & prioritization, in particular for the VMo2 pillar
Direct the maintenance of governance logs, trackers, and templates ensuring auditable and up-to-date records.
Identify and challenge in challenging process gaps or missed deadlines and escalate to the Demand & Governance Lead where required.
Direct stakeholder inputs from functions such as Delivery, Commercial, Procurement, and Legal to ensure timely governance compliance
Support the Demand & Governance Lead in running Partner Performance meetings by preparing and delivering governance outputs, tracking actions, and identifying trends.
Manage operational follow-up from supplier reviews, ensuring agreed actions are implemented and deadlines met.
Identify trend analysis by compiling performance data and identifying repeated risks or delays for governance escalation, particularly for the VMo2 Pillar.
Manage the Parallel Demand tracker and ensure updates to milestone statuses, site positions, and customer communications are captured accurately.
Lead the documentation of overtake reviews and change control processes, including draft updates for external and internal stakeholders.
Lead the Parallel Demand Forum, ensuring alignment across all customers within our tools and systems.
Challenge discrepancies in delivery progress and position data and escalate for governance decision.
Direct stakeholder inputs across New Business, New product Procurement, Order Management and Delivery to feed governance packs and updates.
Manage the production of slides and reporting packs used in executive reviews, governance forums, and supplier meetings.
Lead the upkeep of all documentation standards, templates and logs used by the governance function to ensure consistency and traceability
Experience
Proven experience managing complex processes in a multi-stakeholder or regulated environment
Exposure to governance, delivery performance, or compliance-focused roles
Experience preparing reports and presenting data
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to challenge constructively
Exposure to governance, Delivery Performance or Compliance focused role.Skills
Strong organisational and process management skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Confidence in managing complex documentation and tracking governance decisions
