Description
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain demand forecasts across categories and channels, using data from sales trends, promotions, and seasonality.
Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams to integrate upcoming initiatives into forecasts.
Continuously monitor forecast accuracy and improve models using insights and performance metrics.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on demand plans, stock levels, and business targets.
Provide input into inventory and purchasing decisions, helping to manage stock availability and risk.
Maintain planning tools and dashboards, and deliver regular reporting on forecast performance and inventory health.Profile
The successful candidate would have:
Demand Planning experience or similar in an FMCG or retail environment.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and proficiency in Excel and demand planning tools.
Ability to turn data into actionable insights and communicate effectively across teams.
Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.Job Offer
On offer to the candidate:
A day rate equivalent of c.£50,000.
Hybrid working - 4 days pw from London office.
