Demand Planner – Luxury FMCG | £40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Outstanding Benefits | Kingston, Surrey (Hybrid)

What You’ll Be Doing
*
Build and maintain accurate rolling demand and purchase forecasts across multiple premium brands.
*
Manage monthly stock ordering cycles, ensuring timely and accurate replenishment in line with demand forecasts.
*
Monitor and optimise inventory levels, tracking key KPIs and collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
*
Prepare monthly stock, forecast accuracy and inventory performance reports.
*
Support continuous improvement in forecasting tools, systems, and processes.
Please note: This role does not include pricing negotiations or supplier sourcing.
What We’re Looking For
*
Around 2 years’ experience in demand planning within FMCG, ideally in beauty, health or wellbeing.
*
Highly numerate, analytical, and confident with Excel and forecasting systems (ERP experience a plus).
*
Strong communicator and collaborator – someone engaging, proactive and team-focused.
*
Well-organised, detail-driven and eager to learn from an experienced team of experts.
This isn’t a junior role, but it wouldn’t suit a very senior buyer either — it’s perfect for someone ready to grow, take ownership, and build their expertise within a globally admired brand portfolio.
