Expire in: a month
Demand Planner | 4 days in Central London | £45,000-£60,000 + Benefits
I’m partnering with a fast-growing cosmetics scale-up that is building out its Supply Chain & Operations team in the UK and across Europe. They’re now looking for a talented Demand Planner to join their London HQ and play a pivotal role in driving growth.
In this role, you’ll own the demand forecasting process, working cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to deliver accurate forecasts, optimise inventory, and ensure product availability across the UK & EU. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the demand planning function from the ground up and directly support the business’ expansion into new retailers and markets.
What you’ll be doing:
Develop and maintain accurate rolling demand forecasts across categories and channels
Collaborate with Commercial & Marketing to factor in new launches and promotional activity
Lead monthly demand & supply planning reviews, presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Maintain healthy inventory levels, avoiding stockouts and overstock
Deliver regular reporting on forecast accuracy, demand vs. actuals, and inventory performance
Support the implementation and optimisation of new demand planning tools and processes
What we’re looking for:
3+ years’ experience in demand planning within FMCG/consumer goods
Energetic, proactive, and with strong communication skills – confident to engage and influence senior stakeholders
Highly analytical with strong Excel skills - capable creating scenario-based analysis, planning related tools, and demand forecasts without relying solely on systems
Strong attention to detail with a commercial mindset (able to look at the bigger picture/impact of their role on the e2e operations)
Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset
If you’re looking to make your mark in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and help shape the future of a scale-up supply chain, I’d love to hear from you – apply today
