Demand Planning Analyst

Develop expert knowledge of customer retail systems, SKU Trak, and internal tools to sharpen your data analysis skills. You’ll build strong relationships across teams like Supply Chain, Sales, and Commercial Finance, becoming the go-to for collaborative forecasting.
Lead key processes like the Forecast Cycle and Obsolescence reporting, giving you visibility and influence across the business. You’ll also work on improving stock performance and managing delist SKUs, adding to your strategic experience.
Contribute to projects that enhance demand planning systems and processes, keeping you at the cutting edge of best practices. Plus, you’ll prepare and share reports and KPIs that drive continuous improvement and keep everything aligned with business goals.
What you’ll need

At least 5 years of hands-on demand planning experience.
*
Familiarity with ERP systems and analysis tools, ideally Oracle-based.
*
Advanced Excel skills for deep data work.
Strong numeracy, problem-solving, and communication skills will help you build lasting relationships and drive improvements. You’ll need a proactive mindset and the ability to travel to other sites when needed.
