Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a luxury hotel in the Evesham area, and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Demi Chef de Partie to join their talented kitchen team.
This role is ideal for a passionate chef looking to develop their skills within a high-quality, fast-paced environment, working with fresh, seasonal ingredients.

What's involved?
Supporting the Chef de Partie and senior chefs with daily kitchen operations
Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard

Assisting during busy service periods
Ensuring consistency and attention to detail in all aspects of your work
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a professional kitchen (Commis or Demi Chef level)
Passion for high-quality, fresh food
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work well under pressure
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
