Job Description
Demolition Supervisor
Ongoing contract - Outside IR35.
5.5 days/week
Talacre
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all on-site demolition activities, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently
Ensure strict adherence to agreed methods, risk assessments, and safety procedures
Supervise the implementation of RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements)
Enforce safe demolition practices across all operations
Ensure company standards are consistently applied across clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
Assess and manage varying levels of risk associated with different stakeholders
Develop a strong understanding of organisational systems, services, and operational assetsRequirements:
Proven experience as a Demolition Supervisor or similar role within the UK
Background in demolition and/or construction projects
Technical foundation in mechanical or civil engineering
Strong working knowledge of UK safety regulations and best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills All candidates must have full, permanent Right to Work in the UK.
