Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for a Dental Practice Manager to join an established dental practice, responsible for overseeing day-to-day practice operations, supporting staff and maintaining high standards of patient service.

As a Dental Practice Manager, you will lead the practice team, manage operational performance and support the commercial and administrative running of the practice.

This role offers salary of £40,000 (negotiable) and benefits. This role does not offer sponsorship.

You will be responsible for:

Managing the daily administrative and operational activities of the practice.
Leading, supporting and developing the wider practice team.
Assisting with recruitment, training and staff performance.
Managing employee matters, including absence, performance concerns and team development.
Overseeing practice-level financial performance, including budgets, costs and revenue.

What we are looking for:

Previously worked as a Dental Practice Manager,Practice Manager, Clinical Manager, Operations Manager or in a similar role.
Experience in dental practice management.
Background in managing both NHS and private dentistry.
Experience managing UDA/UOA activity and supporting private revenue growth.
Strong understanding of HR practices, including employee relations and compliance.
Knowledge of KPIs, financial performance, cost control and revenue management.
Track record in leading and developing teams.

Shift:

Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
1 in 4 Saturdays (a day off in the week)
