Dental Practice Manager / Portishead, Bristol / Full Time
MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Portishead, Bristol, Avon who are looking to recruit a Dental Practice Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
* Available as soon as possible.
* Notice periods are taken into consideration.
* Independent, private practice environment.
* Full time opportunity - 5 days per week.
* Monday – Friday 8.45am-5.15pm.
* From £32k+ per annum – negotiable depending on experience.
* The successful candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience as a Dental Practice Manager and have a strong dental background.
* You will be comfortable working in a team; successfully leading and mentoring to meet and exceed practice targets.
* Responsibilities include but are not limited to; overseeing daily operations, patient feedback, staff development, compliance of the practice, understanding how to generate income and control costs, complaints handling, recruitment, managing KPI’s & must be confident leading a team.
* Support implant & complex treatment workflows from an administrative perspective.
* Practice Manager will be commercially minded, patient orientated, self-motivated and an inspirational team leader.
* Practice offers general dentistry alongside cosmetic treatments, Implants, Orthodontics & Aesthetics.
* 4 surgery, computerised (BridgeIT) practice.
* Parking available.
* Please note; practice does not offer visa / sponsorships.
