Dental Practice Manager / Macclesfield, Cheshire / Full Time
MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Macclesfield, Cheshire to recruit a Dental Practice Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
* Available as soon as possible.
* Will take notice periods into consideration.
* Mixed practice environment.
* Full time opportunity – 5 days per week.
* Monday – Friday with working hours to be discussed.
* From £32k per annum depending on experience.
* Bonus scheme & performance bonuses in place.
* Fully funded CPD.
* The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and with a strong dental background. You will be comfortable working in a team; successfully leading and mentoring to meet and exceed targets.
* Responsibilities include but are not limited to; marketing, patient feedback, staff development, compliance of the practice, managing KPI’s & practice budgets and be commercially aware.
* Practice Manager will be patient orientated, self-motivated and an inspirational team leader.
* Family-owned practice, aiming to provide the highest quality of dental care to patients that access their services.
* Practice offers general dentistry alongside Invisalign, Implants & Facial Aesthetics.
* 3 surgery (soon to be 7), computerised Dentally practice with iPads in every surgery.
* Parking available.
