Job Opportunity: Full-Time Dental Receptionist
Location: Spalding
Salary: from £13-£14.50 per hour (To Be Negotiated & dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and professionally, providing a welcoming first impression of the practice.
Manage the appointment diary, schedule patient visits, and ensure efficient use of clinical time.
Handle incoming phone calls and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and helpful manner.
Maintain accurate patient records and update personal and medical information as required.
Take payments, process invoices, and handle billing or insurance paperwork where applicable.
Liaise effectively with dental nurses, clinicians, and management to support the smooth running of the practice.
Ensure the reception area is tidy, well-organised, and adheres to infection control policies.
Confirm appointments and send reminders to reduce no-shows and improve attendance.
Assist with administrative duties such as scanning, filing, and data entry.
Handle patient feedback and escalate any complaints or concerns to the appropriate team member.
