Dental Receptionist Job - Full-time Position

We are looking for a professional and experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team. This is a key role within our practice, requiring a candidate with a strong understanding of dental front desk operations and patient management. Prior experience working in a dental practice is essential, as we need someone who can integrate seamlessly into our team and provide exceptional service from day one.
Key Details:
Salary: £13-£13.50 per hour based on experience and demonstrated competence
Working Hours: Full-time position (Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays)Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming and assisting patients in a professional and friendly manner
Managing appointment scheduling and ensuring efficient diary management
Handling patient enquiries, both in person and over the phone, with professionalism and accuracy
Processing payments, insurance claims, and patient records efficiently
Coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care
Maintaining a well-organised reception area and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed effectivelyCandidate Requirements:
Experience using SOE software is essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent patient service
Highly organised with excellent time management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
