We are currently seeking a full-time Dental Receptionist to join our well-established mixed NHS and private practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organised individual who thrives in a patient-facing role and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 18:00
*
Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
*
Saturday (optional): 09:00 – 13:00
Key Responsibilities:
*
Greet and assist patients with professionalism and care
*
Manage appointment bookings and recalls using dental software
*
Handle incoming calls, emails, and front-desk queries
*
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth workflow
*
Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
*
Keep the reception area clean, organised, and welcoming
What We’re Looking For:
*
Previous experience in a dental or medical reception role (preferred)
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*
Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail
*
Experience with dental software (e.g., SOE, R4) is an advantage
*
Friendly, positive attitude and a team player
