We are working in partnership with one of the world’s leading manufacturers of orthodontic treatment supplies, who are seeking a Territory Manager for their UK and Ireland subsidiary. This role will cover the Leinster, Munster, and Connacht regions. Our client is dedicated to delivering high-quality products, reliable supply, and personalised service to orthodontic specialists, with global product availability.

Person specifications:

  * Experience and proven track record in a clinical dental role (Treatment Coordinator, Practice Manager, Dental Nurse or Dental Therapist)

  * Orthodontic experience is highly advantageous

  * Excellent PC skills essential (Word/PowerPoint/Power Bi) and CRM competent

Role overview:

  * Calling on existing/new customers and generating increased sales via significant “on territory” travel

  * Achieve monthly/quarterly agreed individual sales targets

  * Conduct product demonstrations/presentations

  * Ensure customer issues are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner

  * Verifying orders and customer details including logging orders into on-line system

  * Update CRM on weekly basis

  * Receive on-going training, support and coaching from your supervisor

  * Other duties - projects as directed by Senior Management

  * Occasional international travel to sales meetings and trade shows
