Treatment Coordinator – Full Time
📍 Location: Shepherd's Bush, W12
💷 Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 per annum + Commission & Performance Bonuses
🕘 Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Are you a confident communicator with a passion for patient care and organisation? We are seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join a dynamic and friendly dental team in a full-time capacity.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sense of empathy, and the ability to guide patients through their treatment journey with professionalism and care.
What You'll Be Doing:

Acting as the first point of contact for new and existing patients
*
Explaining treatment plans clearly and compassionately
*
Supporting clinicians and helping patients understand their options
*
Managing bookings, follow-ups, and treatment coordination
*
Helping drive conversion and retention through excellent service
*
Ensuring a seamless patient experience from consultation to completion
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a dental or medical environment (TCO or front-of-house preferred)
*
Strong customer service and communication skills
*
Organised, proactive, and confident working independently
*
A warm, patient-focused attitude
*
Sales or treatment plan presentation experience is a bonus
