Deployment Supervisor – Field Services Operations
Location: Stamford | Full-Time | Global Travel Required (including offshore)
We’re looking for a confident and experienced Deployment Supervisor to join our client who are specialists in high-pressure gas containment systems for safety-critical applications across defence, energy, and transport sectors.
We are looking for someone who can come in and support the continued growth of their Integrity Management services. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll manage and guide specialist field service teams through global deployments, ensuring high standards of professionalism, safety, and operational excellence at every stage.
What You’ll Do: As a key figure in our Field Services division, you'll:
Supervise day-to-day operations of in-situ deployment teams (on-site and remotely)
Ensure smooth project execution – from planning, risk assessments, and method statements to post-deployment reviews
Oversee deployment scheduling, maximising team utilisation and efficiency
Drive a culture of safety, quality, and customer excellence
Provide technical support including diagnostics and repairs on equipment (pneumatic, hydraulic, vacuum systems)
Act as the main point of contact between field teams and internal stakeholders
Mentor, train, and develop operational staff to support business growth
Assist in generating accurate costings and quotes for upcoming projects
Maintain and coordinate deployment equipment and calibration with service teamsWhat You Bring:
Strong track record in field services, engineering operations, or technical supervision
Practical experience managing or supervising deployment or installation teams
Solid understanding of HSE protocols, QA/QC procedures, and engineering documentation
Hands-on knowledge of mechanical systems, fault finding, and repair
Excellent organisational, planning, and leadership skills
Able to travel internationally, including offshore assignmentsEssential Requirements:
Must meet Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS)
Valid passport with no global travel restrictions
Mechanical Engineering Qualififcation no less than level 3
Offshore medical certification (Company-arranged)
Ability to gain necessary work visas where requiredBenefits:
