Depot Sales Coordinator – Exeter
Salary: £26,000 + excellent benefits
Location: Central Exeter (easily accessible by public transport)
A leading national infrastructure and construction business is seeking a Depot Sales Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive team based in Exeter. The Role
This is a varied position where you’ll play a key role in the smooth running of the depot. Around 80% of your time will involve:

Processing sales orders using an in-house system
*
Managing stock levels
*
Providing face-to-face trade counter support
*
Handling card payments
*
Dealing with telephone enquiries
The remaining 20% will include loading and unloading stock using a Forklift Truck – full training is provided if you’re not already licensed.
What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
*
Maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring orders are processed efficiently
*
Assisting with distribution using designated hauliers
*
Operating as part of a small, close-knit team that prides itself on a supportive, family-feel culture
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

Computer literate and confident learning new systems
*
Willing to train on a Reach Forklift Truck (if not already qualified)
*
Positive, proactive, and a strong team player
