About the Role
As a Depot Operative, you’ll play a vital role in running the bagging plant and keeping the depot running smoothly. Experience with telescopic handlers or forklifts is beneficial, but full telehandler training will be provided. Your responsibilities will include:
* Operating the bagging plant to ensure efficient production
* Moving and repositioning aggregates around the depot
* Supporting the wider depot team as needed
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
What We’re Looking For
* A positive, flexible attitude with good communication skills
* Willingness to learn and get involved in all aspects of the role
* Ability to work well in a team and take pride in your work
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 17:00 (45 hours per week, including a 1-hour unpaid break). Overtime paid at time and a half after 17:00 and all-day Saturday.
