As Deputy Area Supervisor, you'll assist the Area Manager in ensuring high operational standards and continued success across all locations. Your responsibilities will include:
Helping teams hit sales targets and monitoring key performance indicators.
Providing hands-on support by working as a Supervisor when needed.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving across locations to ensure top-tier customer service across Berkshire.
Conducting spot checks on health and safety and preparing for audits.
Managing stock, ordering, and merchandising across multiple sites.What We're Looking For
This Deputy Area Supervisor role requires a proactive person with a desire to learn and grow. We're looking for someone with:
Experience in a branded coffee or food pub environment.
