Job Description

Deputy Branch Manager – Homecare Job Description Reporting to the Branch/Registered Manager Responsibilities and Duties · Ensure the business is legally and ethically compliant · Manage business profit and loss and achieving business targets · Drive growth through developing close links with commissioning teams. · Manage and motivate the team. .Deputy Manager to manage the branch in Registered managers absence · Ensure healthcare workers provide the required quality standards · Organise team meetings · Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements · Carry out staff reviews and appraisals within the required timeframes · Build a good rapport with customers and staff to ensure high-quality service delivery · Effectively and confidentially managing data and information · Identifying new business opportunities, representing Eleanor at a professional level and promoting the growth of the business · Providing exceptional customer care; undertaking relevant risk assessments · Ensuring there are safe working environments for staff, investigating any accidents and complaints using process Skills Required · Profound interest in Healthcare · Knowledge/experience using Staff Plan or similar · Excellent communication skills; listening, verbal and written · Ability to plan, organise and manage pressure · Ability to both effectively lead and be a member of a team · Excellent customer service skills · Flexible and adaptable · Effective organisation skills · Awareness of key business principles · Able to manage change within the business · Excellent IT skills Benefits: * Full-time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. * Additional payment for Out of Hours cover. * 28 days paid holiday, including Bank Holidays. * Company pension scheme. * Ongoing training and support from our friendly office team! * Career pathway opportunities. * Blue Light card/store discounts. * Additional pay for on call. * An additional days annual leave for your Birthday.
