Deputy Manager Job details:
Days
Hours: 35 hours per week - 8am-3pm shifts.
Pay: £16.00 per hour
Contract type- full-time, permanent.
Deputy Manager Job Requirements:
* NVQ level 4 in Health and social care
* Experienced Team Leader or Deputy Manager
Your Role as Deputy Manager:
* Support the Care Manager in delivering a person-centred care service
* Drive high standards in care planning, safeguarding, and behavioural support
* Help prepare for inspections and ensure compliance
* Work closely with families, external agencies, and professionals
* Promote a safe, positive, and nurturing environment that supports development and independence
