We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Deputy Children's Home Manager to support the day-to-day running of a 4-bed children’s care home in Coventry. The home provides care for young people aged 8–18 years with complex needs and emotional behavioural difficulties (EBD).
As a Deputy Children's Home Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the home delivers the highest standards of care and a safe, nurturing environment where children and young people can thrive.
What we’re looking for:
• A minimum of Level 3 in Residential Childcare
• Experience within a leadership role or as a Deputy Children's Home Manager
• A genuine passion for improving the lives of young people
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
