£42,596 - £43,668 per year – Full Time
Lytham St. Annes, Lancashire
Meridian Business Support is currently recruiting for a Deputy Clinic Manager for a National Private Healthcare Provider.
As the Deputy Clinic Manager and play a pivotal role in managing the Dialysis Clinic in Lytham St Annes, in the absence of the manager. Lead a dedicated team, ensure high standards of patient care, and foster good working relationships between the company and the NHS.
Deputy Clinic Manager Duties
Overseeing clinic operations to ensure quality patient care and clinical outcomes.
Supervising and supporting staff with continuous professional development and training.
Managing patient scheduling and staffing for optimal efficiency.
Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene policies and Renal Association Standards.
Providing specialized nursing knowledge and skills to junior team members.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.Clinic Manager Requirements:
NMC Registered Nurse with post-basic qualification in renal nursing.
At least two years of experience in Haemodialysis at a Senior level.
Proven experience in managing and leading a team of nurses.
Good knowledge of MS Office and excellent communication skills. Clinic Manager Benefits:
