You’ll need: * A degree or postgraduate qualification in estates, construction, or a related discipline * Proven experience managing large-scale refurbishment and new-build programmes within healthcare or complex public/private sector settings * Knowledge of healthcare infrastructure standards (HTMs, HBNs, CDM) and building regulations. * Ability to mentor others, navigate governance frameworks, and translate strategy into outcomes Bonus Points: * Chartered status (e.g. MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM) * Familiarity with public sector procurement and capital planning frameworks Why Join NCA? This is a chance to lead one of the NHS’s most ambitious capital teams. You’ll gain exposure to complex, high-value projects while working in a values-led, collaborative, and development-focused environment.
