Our school is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Deputy Head of English to help lead our thriving English department. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented practitioner to play a significant role in shaping curriculum, driving standards and inspiring a love of English across all year groups. Deputy Head of English - About the Role The successful candidate will support the Head of English in the strategic leadership of the department, ensuring high-quality teaching, strong outcomes and an engaging, inclusive curriculum. You will contribute to the development of departmental initiatives, lead key areas of teaching and learning, and play a vital role in maintaining a culture of high aspiration.
