SEN Deputy Headteacher - Croydon (Leadership Pay Scale)
Teaching personnel's PWR team are seeking an experienced and dedicated SEN Deputy Headteacher to join a specialist school in Croydon. Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing and managing the school's SEN provision, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice.
Developing and implementing effective SEN policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and updated.
Leading and managing the SEN team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Working collaboratively with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of SEN provision, using data to inform decision-making and drive improvement.
Contributing to the strategic development of the school, ensuring the needs of SEN students are fully considered.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
