Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Home Manager to work in our clients nursing home in Renhold, Bedford.
As Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Registered Manager in the complete running of the home along with the management of a multi-disciplinary staff team.
This permanent & full time role would suit an ambitious Senior Nurse looking for a move into management or an experienced Deputy looking for better working conditions.
Duties:
Assistance with managing all members of staff including liaising with outside agencies
Implement training/induction programmes for all Care Staff
Ensure the highest level of care is delivered throughout the Home
Improve the quality rating from CQC
To be considered for this position you will need to have:
RGN/RMN qualification with experience of working with elderly care within a care home setting
Excellent management and supervisory experience
Ability to lead and motivate other staff members
Excellent communication, marketing, and business skills
A clear and thorough knowledge of CQC standards
