Salary: £45,000 per annum + Excellent added benefits!
Hours: 40 Hours per week
Rizq Recruit is currently seeking an experienced Deputy Home Manager (Nurse Qualified) to join a well-established and well-managed nursing home in Filey. The home holds a GOOD CQC rating and is recognised for delivering high-quality Dementia, Nursing, and Residential care within a supportive and professional environment.
As Deputy Home Manager, you will play a key leadership role, guiding a stable and committed care team. You’ll also benefit from access to modern facilities and up-to-date technology designed to support you in delivering excellent care and effective management.

Responsibilities as a Deputy Home Manager:
* Collaborate closely with the Home Manager to oversee daily operations of the home
* Ensure full compliance with all CQC regulations and standards
* Maintain and promote the highest levels of care and wellbeing for residents
* Support, develop, and motivate staff through effective training and leadership
Requirements as a Deputy Home Manager:
* Registered Nurse qualification
* Active NMC Pin
* Previous nursing & management experience within a care home setting
