Job Description

A leading UK charity supporting children with brain injuries is seeking a dedicated Deputy House Manager to join their team in Surrey. This is a rare opportunity to work for a nationally respected organisation providing specialist care, education, and rehabilitation for children and young people with complex needs. As Deputy House Manager, you will support the House Manager in leading a skilled team, ensuring the highest standards of care, and contributing to the delivery of individual care plans. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals and families in a modern, purpose-built environment focused on quality and development.
