Job Title: Deputy Manager- Adult Care Services Location: Bedfordshire Salary: £30,000- £35,000 Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and complex behaviours? We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join a well-established and reputable social care provider that offers tailored support across the UK. In this role, you will work closely with the service manager to provide high-quality, person-centred care and lead a team of dedicated support workers to empower individuals to lead fulfilling and independent lives.
