Your Mission:
Act as a key leader, working closely with the Registered Manager
Inspire and support staff, championing high standards of care
Oversee compliance, care plans, and staff development
Step into the Manager’s role when needed
Your Skills & Experience:
NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential (or equivalent)
Experience in a similar leadership role
Solid grasp of Ofsted requirements and children’s safeguarding
Emotional intelligence, structure, and resilience
