Job Description

DEPUTY MANAGER - CHILDREN'S RESIDENTIAL Derby, NG10 £16.50 per hour plus £45 sleep rate Annual Salary: Approx. £33,000 - £40,000 per annum 160 hours per month We are recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager to support the running of a 4 bed EBD children's home supporting young people aged 8-17. Requirements Level 3 Children & Young People qualification Experience within Children's Residential Care Strong safeguarding and leadership skills EBD experience preferredDuties include supporting the Registered Manager, leading shifts, safeguarding young people, staff supervision, care planning, and maintaining Ofsted standards.
