Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Home (EBD)
Location: Bradford, BD7 | Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
Are you an experienced Deputy Manager looking to make a real difference in children’s lives? Join a 3-bed EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) children’s residential home rated GOOD by OFSTED, where you will lead a supportive team and deliver outstanding care.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the day-to-day management of the residential home
*
Lead and develop a team of residential care staff
*
Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance with OFSTED and Regulation 44
*
Implement effective behaviour management strategies
*
Promote positive outcomes for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties
*
Contribute to care planning and staff development
Requirements:
*
QCF Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce (essential)
*
Valid UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
*
Experience in children’s residential care
*
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
*
Commitment to safeguarding, child protection, and equal opportunities
*
Passion for supporting young people to reach their full potential
