Shift Pattern:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

We're seeking a dedicated Deputy / Dementia Care Manager to provide inspiring leadership and hands-on support to a committed care team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping and enhancing dementia care services within a purpose-built care setting in the heart of Market Harborough.
This modern care environment supports up to 137 residents with a range of age-related health conditions, physical disabilities, and mental health needs. Many residents are living with dementia and benefit from personalised, one-to-one support that promotes independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities for the Deputy Manager:
Lead and support the care team alongside the Team Leader to ensure high-quality, person-centred care
Oversee and regularly review care plans, ensuring they reflect residents' evolving needs
Foster meaningful engagement with residents, respecting their individuality and communication styles
Administer and accurately record prescribed medications
Support the Home Manager with day-to-day operations, including staffing, compliance, and financial matters
