Deputy Manager - Older Persons Residentail Care - £35,000 p/a
Are you an experienced leader looking to make a difference? Our client, a luxurious private care provider, is seeking a Deputy Manager for their medium-sized residential care home in Lincolnshire. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to support the Home Manager in delivering exceptional person-centred care to older people, including those with dementia.
With a negotiable salary starting of c£16 per hour working a rotating shift of 8am - 8pm week 1 over 4 days and 8am - 8pm week 2 over 3 days providing the home with a Deputy Manager on site 8am to 8pm over 7 days a week. As a Deputy Manager, you will:
Support the Home Manager in leading the residential care home.
Monitor the well-being of residents and ensure their personal and social care needs are met.
Provide leadership and management, including staff supervision and development.
Promote independence and well-being among residents.
Work full time on a rolling shift, week 1 8am - 8pm 4 days and week 2 8am - 8pm 3 days - these hours can be flexible for the right person!Package and Benefits:
The Deputy Manager role comes with a comprehensive package:
Hourly rate £16.00 per hour - Annual salary of c£35,000, negotiable based on experience.

At least 2 years of experience as a Deputy or Senior Care Assistant in residential care homes for older people.
Strong knowledge of the Care Standards Act 2000, Key Lines of Enquiry, Safeguarding, and the Mental Capacity Act (MCA).
A people-first approach with excellent leadership skills.If you have experience as a Deputy Care Manager, Senior Care Assistant, Residential Care Manager, Dementia Care Manager, or Home Care Supervisor, this Care Manager role could be the perfect fit for you.
