Job Description
Clinical Deputy Manager required for a well-regarded, purpose-built nursing and dementia care home located just north of Mansfield. We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Deputy Manager to support its high-quality care provision.
The home is Good rated with CQC, purpose built with a homely atmosphere, and offers a supportive and enriching environment for both residents and staff.
This is a wonderful opportunity to join a family-run and values driven care group with a successful and high performing portfolio of care homes across the country.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the delivery of clinical care, ensuring the highest standards are maintained across the home.
Support the Home Manager in leading the team, maintaining compliance, and improving outcomes.
Mentor and develop nursing and care staff, fostering a positive, professional culture.
Lead on medication management, audits, and safeguarding procedures.
Contribute to continuous quality improvement and service excellence.
Requirements:
A registered nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin.
Experienced in a senior clinical or deputy management role within a nursing or dementia care setting.
Knowledgeable about current regulatory requirements and committed to person-centred care.
A confident leader with strong communication and organisational skills.
Passionate about making a meaningful difference in residents' lives.
Salary/Contract:
Full-time | 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm), 3-4 days/week including alternate weekends
