As a Deputy Manager, you will:
Oversee the management and supervision of Team Leaders and Residential Support Workers.
Assist the Registered Manager in maintaining staff rotas and ensuring adequate coverage.
Identify and address training needs for staff.
Support the day-to-day running of the home and ensure high-quality care for young people.
Act as a role model and mentor for junior staff.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and statutory requirements.

The ideal Deputy Manager will have:
Level 3 Residential Childcare Diploma
Diploma level 5 Leadership & Management or working towards it.
Experience with Children within Residential Setting (10-16 years old
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of care needs and care plans for young people.
A full driving licence.
Willingness to undertake further training as required.
