My Prestige Client in NG21, are looking for a fabulous Deputy Manager, too join there lively and fast growing team. On a Permanent contract, this is a amazing opportunity to dive into a Deputy Manager role in a stunning, supportive Care Home.
This Care Home offers a home from home experience for residents. This is a Residential setting only, for Elderly residents with all care offered.
Position will be as followed:
* Deputy Manager
* NVQ 3 Minimum
* Full Time 7am-7pm, 3-4 days a week to include alternate weekends
* £16.77ph - Plus a 10% SMART objectives bonus paid quarterly
Your Duties within a Deputy Manager role will consist of providing leadership, maintaining top level, overall care of residents, day to day running of the home, risk assessments, medication management and much more.
