Deputy Manager, Children's Residential Services - Paignton
Are you a Deputy Manager or a Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker ready for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager at a children's residential home in Paignton.

Key Information

Salary: £33,360 - £36,420

Shift Pattern: 2 on, 4 off (including 8-10 sleeps per month)
*
Location: Paignton, UK
*

What You'll Do
*
Supervise and support junior staff.
*
Ensure the highest standards of care for young people.
*
Help with risk management and placement plans.
*
Plan and lead engaging activities, from community outings to clubs.
What You'll Need
*
NVQ or QCF Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Residential Services (or equivalent)
*
Experience as a Deputy Manager or Senior in a children's residential setting.
*
A full UK driving license.
*
Must be over 21 years old.
*
Willingness to work towards or already have a Level 5 qualification.
