Deputy Manager (Clinical) – Nursing Pin Essential
Location: Shifnal
Salary: £50,000 – £57,000 per annum
A highly regarded care provider in Shifnal is seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Manager (Clinical) to join their senior leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated nursing professional with proven clinical expertise and strong leadership skills to take the next step in their career.
The successful candidate will support the Home Manager in delivering high-quality care, leading and mentoring the clinical team, and ensuring the highest standards of compliance and governance. They will act as a key decision-maker, supporting both the operational and clinical management of the home.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing and care teams.
Support the Home Manager in the overall day-to-day management of the home.
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
Deliver safe, person-centred care in line with best practice.
Manage and mentor staff, promoting professional development within the team.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance.Requirements:
Valid NMC Nursing Pin (RGN, RMN, or RNLD).
Prior management or leadership experience within a care setting (Deputy or Clinical Lead experience desirable).
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and clinical best practice.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.Package:
Competitive salary of £50,000 – £57,000 per annum.
