Deputy Manager - Domiciliary Care & Supported Living Location: Nottingham Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 (DOE) Contract: Full-Time | Permanent Are you an experienced care professional ready to take the next step in leadership? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and expanding care provider supporting adults across domiciliary and supported living services in Nottingham. You'll balance strategic oversight with hands-on care delivery, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred support every day. The Role As Deputy Manager, you'll lead the coordination and delivery of person-centred care and support plans, ensuring compliance with CQC standards. You'll conduct care reviews, audits, and spot checks, supervise and develop a dedicated care team, and oversee key operational areas including medication, health & safety, and rota management. The role combines office-based management with field-based engagement - giving you a dynamic and rewarding blend of leadership and direct involvement in care quality. What We're Looking For NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards) Experience in domiciliary care or supported living Strong understanding of CQC regulations, KLOEs, and safeguarding Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Desirable: NVQ Level 4/5 in Leadership & Management and prior supervisory experience.
