Job Opportunity: Deputy Manager – Residential Care (Autism)
Location: Bristol
Salary: £35,000
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to support a high-quality 24-hour Residential Service in Bristol, providing care for 9 residents with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and physical health needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a values-driven environment and support individuals in living fulfilling, independent lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the residential home
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents with diverse support needs
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of care professionals
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and internal policies
Contribute to care planning, risk assessments, and service reviews
Promote safeguarding, independence, and inclusion
Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and professionals
Ideal Candidate:
Experience working in a residential care setting (LD/Autism/physical health)
QCF Level 3 or 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent understanding of person-centred care and CQC requirements
Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to improving lives
