We are seeking a committed and compassionate Deputy Manager to join a residential children’s home in Manchester. This role is ideal for someone who brings warmth, patience, and leadership to their work—someone who understands the importance of providing stability, care, and support to children who need it most.
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience working in a children’s residential care setting for at least 1–2 years
* Supervisory experience for a minimum of 12 months within the past 5 years
* A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or a full Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People pathway)
You’ll play a key part in supporting the Registered Manager, guiding the care team, and helping to create a safe, nurturing environment where children feel valued and supported.
