Key Responsibilities
In this Deputy Mess Manager role, you will:
Act as the link between the team and the Manager to maintain standards
Motivate and support a team of 12 across both outlets
Assist with stock control, budgets and action planning
Oversee tills and payments
Lead from the front to train and coach the team
Support administrative duties as needed
Provide flexible relief cover when required
