This role is within a nursing, dementia, and residential home with 42 beds, offering a fantastic opportunity for an RGN qualified nurse to lead and make a difference in a supportive environment. With a competitive salary hourly pay rate of £22.30 per hour, this role offers 35 hours per week over three 8-hour supernumerary shift and one 11 hour supernumerary shift. Specialising in nursing, dementia, and residential care, the company is dedicated to creating a warm and supportive environment for both staff and residents. As a Deputy Nursing Home Manager, you will: Lead hands-on nursing care on the floor. Supervise and support nursing staff. Liaise with families and the multidisciplinary team. Ensure high standards of clinical care, including catheter, PEG feeds, and wound care. Work 36 hours per week, with shifts from 7am to 7pm. Enjoy some supernumerary hours to focus on management tasks.   The Deputy Nursing Home Manager role comes with: Hourly pay rate of up to £22.30 per hour Paid breaks included in your working hours. Three 8-hour supernumerary shifts and one 11-hour clinical shift Opportunities for professional development and career progression. Paid handover time. The ideal Deputy Nursing Home Manager will have: RGN qualification with strong clinical skills. Experience as a clinical lead, deputy, or a seasoned nursing home nurse ready to step up. Proficiency in catheter care, PEG feeds, and wound management.
