With a competitive salary of up to £56,060 per year, this role offers flexibility with 36, 42, or 48-hour work weeks over three or four 12-hour shifts from 7am to 7pm. Enjoy paid breaks and handover time, all while leading a dedicated team in a caring setting.

As a Deputy Nursing Home Manager, you will:
Lead hands-on nursing care on the floor.

Ensure high standards of clinical care, including catheter, PEG feeds, and wound care.
Work 36 hours per week, with shifts from 7am to 7pm.
Enjoy some supernumerary hours to focus on management tasks.
