Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Deputy Nurse Manager to join our team in South West Glasgow. The ideal candidate will be nurse-qualified, possess strong leadership abilities, and have a passion for elderly care. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supervising a team of healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrating excellent clinical skills and experience with dementia care.
- Completing staff rotas and conducting supervisions.
- Assisting the manager with the day-to-day operations of the care home.
- Ensuring compliance with Care Inspectorate (CI) standards.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Nurse qualification (valid NMC registration).
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Passionate about providing high-quality care for the elderly.
- Strong clinical and dementia care expertise.
- Competence in administrative tasks and compliance knowledge.
