Simply Education - Nursery Deputy Manager (Permanent Role - Boston Area)
Simply Education is proud to be working with a well-established nursery located on the outskirts of Boston, currently seeking a confident and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled early years professional to take the next step in their career and play a key role in the leadership and day-to-day running of a high-quality early years setting.
Key Details:
Position: Deputy Nursery Manager (Permanent)
Location: Outskirts of Boston, Lincolnshire
Hours: Full-time, on a rotating shift pattern between 7:00am and 6:00pm
Salary: £27,000 per year (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Start Date: ASAP
What We're Looking For:
A Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Early Years or Childcare
Strong experience in a nursery setting, ideally in a senior or deputy role
Confident leadership and team management skills
Excellent knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and regulatory standards
A hands-on, proactive approach with excellent communication skills
Responsibilities Include:
Supporting the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the setting
Leading staff, supporting their development and well-being
Maintaining high standards of care, education, and safeguarding
Building strong relationships with children, parents, and staff
