Deputy Nursery Manager - Pembury, Tunbridge Wells
Full-Time | £30,000 - £35,000 | Monday to Friday | No weekends
A newly opened and dynamic early years setting in Pembury is seeking an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join its close-knit team. You'll work alongside a small management team and have the freedom to influence practice and culture from the ground up.
What You'll Do:
Lead and inspire a team of early years practitioners
Support with day-to-day nursery operations
Take charge in the absence of the Manager
Deliver and support engaging EYFS curriculum plans
Ensure regulatory and safeguarding compliance
Foster an inclusive, nurturing environment for children aged 0-5What We're Looking For:
Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent
Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted standards
A proactive leader who thrives in collaborative settings
Excellent communication and organisational skillsWhat's On Offer:
